Randall C. Kahan, MD
My Biography
Dr. Randall Kahan, a Chicago native, earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Illinois and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lutheran General Hospital. As the founding partner of WomanCare, he has unified several practices in the northwest suburbs, providing comprehensive women's healthcare.
In the 1990s, Dr. Kahan focused on female pelvic floor disorders, gaining expertise in surgeries for pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence. He has served as a principal investigator for national studies on surgical devices used in minimally invasive gynecological procedures and has performed nearly 3,000 incontinence surgeries at Northwest Community Hospital.
Currently, Dr. Kahan is the President and CEO of WomanCare and the Director of the Pelvic Floor and Bladder Program at NCH Women’s Center. His proficiency in both noninvasive treatments and minimally invasive outpatient surgeries has led to high success rates and patient satisfaction.
