About Dr. Goldin
Education
Dr. Michelle Goldin received her Bachelor of Science degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1993, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. She then attended medical school at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee, where she was nominated to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and graduated valedictorian in 1997.
Following medical school, Dr. Goldin completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rush Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, in 2001. Since then, she has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology with WomanCare. She is an eight-time recipient of the Vitals Patient’s Choice Award, including five consecutive years. Additionally, she is the recipient of the Vitals Compassionate Doctor Recognition award.
Dr. Goldin has a strong passion for women’s health and feels privileged to take care of women from adolescence through menopause, including well-woman evaluations, treatment of abnormal menstrual bleeding, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility evaluation, family planning, contraceptive care, menopausal symptoms, osteoporosis, pelvic pain, and pelvic infections.
When she is not practicing medicine, Dr. Goldin enjoys skiing, swimming, running, reading great novels, and spending time with her husband and three children.
