Erin Kopeny, PA-C

Erin Kopeny joined Womancare in 2020 and brings over 24 years of experience in internal medicine and women’s health to our practice. In addition to her daily clinic in Arlington Heights, she is an adjunct faculty member at Midwestern University in Downers Grove and enjoys mentoring students aspiring to join the medical profession.

Erin’s clinical career spans acute care medicine and all adolescent and adult health aspects. She performs office-based gynecology procedures, IUD insertion, and annual physicals. With her internal medicine background, she can help guide your medical decision-making in many facets of your overall care, from adolescence through family planning, menopause, and beyond. She is a certified health coach and has postgraduate training and expertise in nutrition, weight loss, and digestive health.

She attended UCSB for her undergraduate studies and then attended Midwestern University in Downers Grove for her medical training, where she earned her Master's Degree.

Erin is originally from Santa Barbara, California, but has lived in Arlington Heights for over twenty years with her husband, two college-aged daughters, and two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. She enjoys beach vacations, water sports, cooking, hiking, and celebrating the great things that life has to offer.
