Amy C. Shapiro, MD

Dr. Amy Shapiro was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She attended Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine for her undergraduate studies and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 1992, Cleveland, Ohio, and completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan in 1996.

Her gynecological experience includes private practice at Lutheran General Hospital; and private practice and a Clinical Instructor at Northwestern University. Amy is a board certified fellow in obstetrics and gynecology and has been practicing with WomanCare since 2006. Her specialties include all aspects of gynecological care ranging from adolescence thru menopause. Amy is married and has three children.
